The invention relates to the building materials industry, namely, to 1 installations for the manufacture of building products. A common disadvantage of the known devices is the low quality of finished products and low productivity. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of finished products and productivity. This goal is achieved by the fact that the installation for the manufacture of construction products, comprising a conveyor with horizontal and vertical tape shapes, and equipment installed above the horizontal tape, consisting of a mixer dispenser and a device for dispensing weight onto a conveyor belt, is equipped with an adjusting valve installed at the mixer outlet , the pump is installed 1 between the inlet of the regulating valve and the inlet of the weight control device, and the automatic control device of the control valve and mixer, and. the adjusting valve is made in the form of coaxially mounted cylinders connected at the ends, elastic, and covering the metal with an opening in its side wall to feed the working agent into the space between the walls of the cylinders, and the device for dispensing the mass is made in parallel relative to the friend and the horizontal conveyor belt of the vertical plates on one of which the output is assembled. The plant for the manufacture of building products comprises a conveyor 1 with horizontal and vertical molds of ribbons, installed above the horizontal belt, consisting of dispensers, a mixer and a device for transferring weight to the conveyor belt. The powder dispenser contains a hopper 2, a weight conveyor 3 connected to a mixer. A vibration groove 4 having a sieve 5. The liquid dispenser consists of a tank 6 with a constant level, a valve 7, an indicator 8 to ensure accurate flow control. The mixer is a cylindrical tank 9 in which the mixer 10 and the choke device 11 are placed in the form of a cone. The installation works as follows.
From the liquid batcher b, through the overflow 12, the liquid enters the mixer 9, in which the blender 10 rotates. Then the charging device of the dispenser is activated and powder, such as gypsum, flows through the groove 4. The outlet of the mixture is carried out by opening the control valve 16, and the same amount of the mixture is always contained in the mixer.
